- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Process month-end closing for entities assign.
- Monthly prepare financial package including, balance sheets, income statements and work on hand report.
- Monthly analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare journal entries, as needed.
- Monthly analyzed expenses result for accuracy explain variance deviations; actual versus budget and or forecast.
- Performed end of months financial result discussion with departments.
- Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
- Preparation of SUT (IVU) returns and estimated tax payments.
- Support with annual year-end external audit process.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Perform any other functions as requested.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task in a high-energy, rapid-growth environment
- Ability to process, reconcile, and analyze electronic data.
