- Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with quarterly, half-year, and annual goals.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of revenue opportunities, spanning new publisher acquisitions, email campaigns, content deals, and more.
- Lead a team of Account Executives, overseeing partner outreach and management.
- Facilitate business reviews with key partners, driving strategic alignment and fostering growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to secure advertising budgets and payouts for partner placements.
- Drive ongoing performance tracking and optimization efforts, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to drive business objectives.
- Provide timely resolution to partner issues and develop a deep understanding of internal systems to enhance stakeholder support.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
- Strong bias-to-action, independent problem-solving, solid communication, and a history of consistently hitting the marks
- Solid organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Online Advertising, including Google Analytics, SEO best practices, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, and Native marketing.
- Proven track record in digital marketing account management and sales.
