- Manage the execution, communication, and implementation of initiatives that support the strategic direction of Money Group.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Manage multiple strategic relationships at the C-Suite level.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product, and our content team, to ensure alignment and success in achieving company goals.
- Drive Revenue growth across your specific industry and verticals under management.
- Communicate internally and externally to the C-suite.
- Guide and inspire a team of strong sellers to exceed sales targets.
- Manage P&L for a specific industry under your management.
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing verticals and build and then manage the execution of those opportunities.
- Conduct regular evaluations of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making to improve business performance.
- In charge of the execution of annual growth plans (in collaboration with your team of AE’s) for top partners by facilitating onsite annual business reviews.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, competition, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork within the sales organization.
- Able to analyze and solve issues without precedent, act quickly to build recommendations, ato study the implementation to mitigate them in the future.
- Ability to deeply understand and interpret marketing campaign data and clearly/succinctly communicate actionable plans to increase revenue and profitability to internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel to trade shows, conferences, and client offices for networking and partner meetings.
- Manage multiple priorities and be able to prioritize based on the impact.
- Deep understanding of different marketing channels, ie paid search, paid media, SEO, email, etc.
- Other responsibilities might be assigned by the Head of Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
- From 8+ years of experience working directly with digital and performance marketing, online media, and social
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- 5+ years of sales, managing teams, setting goals/quotas, and BD experience.
- Experience running a high-performing Sales or Biz Dev team; high comfort level working with the C-Suite internally and externally.
