- Coordinates and conducts internal and external recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt personnel and temporary employees.
- Maintain communication with Management and Human Resources Director to schedule recruitment needs.
- Inbound and Outbound Calls Telephone Interviews for future candidates for HR and Operations.
- Scheduling and following up on interviews for HR and Operations.
- Maintain communication with operations to schedule interviews if they may have any job vacancy.
- Receive and screen resumes.
- Phone interviews.
- Build and maintain the talent pool through all regions.
- Verify if candidates accomplish the requirements.
- Receive phone calls from candidates.
- Maintains recruitment records, reports, and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures.
- Recruitment Log (Interviews and results).
- Responsible for Internal and External Job posting process (online, social networks, bulletin boards and newspaper).
- Lead internal job posting process for new vacancies.
- Refer candidates to drug testing and inform results to HR Team.
- Coordinate with temporary agencies the recruitment of personnel.
- Conducts reference and background checks.
- Prepare new hire kits (including 90 days probation period contract).
- Prepare internal and external Ad’s.
- Call new employees to welcome them to Prime Janitorial family.
- Schedule them for job offer and training and let them know what documents they need to bring.
- Coordinates job fairs.
- Prepare various HR monthly reports as required such as temporary employee’s headcount.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings
- Assist Management with any information needed regarding recruitment process and procedures.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources is required along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environment or for large scale initiatives is required; Agency recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with competency based selection methods is preferred.
- Experience with social media recruiting methods, candidate pipelining, cold calling, RPO recruiting, marketing analytics is preferred.
- Experience or training in Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word Processing and Power Point.
- Possess strong organizational skills and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Able to work collectively with the administrative and HR team associates.
- Ability to research and analyze various different type of data information.
- Effectively work under pressure.
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly datelines.
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
