Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Establish and maintain competitive salary ranges and bonus plans.
- Evaluate labor market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefit plans.
- Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, and other benefit programs.
- Develop and manage budgets related to compensation and benefits.
- Conduct job analyses and salary surveys to determine competitive wages and benefits.
- Analyze employee benefits data to identify trends and recommend changes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and assistance to managers and human resources staff regarding salary and benefit matters.
- Develop and manage performance management systems to ensure equity and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and wage policies
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
- Bilingual
