Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Establish and maintain competitive salary ranges and bonus plans.
  • Evaluate labor market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefit plans.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, and other benefit programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct job analyses and salary surveys to determine competitive wages and benefits.
  • Analyze employee benefits data to identify trends and recommend changes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to managers and human resources staff regarding salary and benefit matters.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems to ensure equity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and wage policies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Bilingual
