  • Oversee daily production across multiple sales teams
  • Track KPIs, identify gaps, and drive performance improvements
  • Hold team leaders accountable to targets
Recruiting & Team Growth
  • Schedule interviews and support onboarding across markets
  • Help build and scale high-performing sales teams
Leadership & Communication
  • Act as a bridge between executives and field teams
  • Handle escalations, issues, and internal coordination
  • Ensure teams have accurate, up-to-date information

Compensation
  • $800/week draw
