- Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout your shift
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed
- Support banquet or catering events by preparing ingredients and serving guests efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team member
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, especially in guest services or culinary roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures
