Create and maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective vendors
Estimate cost parameters and budgets for purchases
Develop programs to discover cost reductions with current vendors, while actively seeking new suppliers
Review and analyze all suppliers and pricing options
Reconcile financial transactions
Assist in Request For Proposal preparations and data analytics
Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate general ledger entries
Communicate with field operators on new and current projects
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in PCard related buying as it relates to distributing materials, equipment, and supplies
Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed
Other job duties and responsibilities will be assignedQualificationsA Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is mandatory for this position.
The successful candidate must demonstrate an exceptional ability to work independently, exhibiting a high degree of organizational skills.
Strong communication, mathematical, and managerial skills are essential for this role.
Superior verbal and written communication abilities are imperative.
Proficiency in computer skills is required, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable expertise in drafting and analyzing substantial volumes of financial data, business documents, and/or other agreements, while ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and contract terms.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is an absolute requirement.
Possession of a valid PR Law 300 license is non-negotiable.
