- Participates in new job order meetings, preparing insightful questions to gain a thorough understanding of the client's recruiting needs, company culture, and position specifications.
- Conducts thorough research within clients' industries, organizational structures, and hiring challenges to provide market intelligence and strategic recruitment solutions.
- Supports Careers Inc. leadership in maintaining clear communication with clients, preparing reports, updating search status, and responding to client inquiries efficiently.
- Acts as a trusted advisor by demonstrating knowledge of recruiting best practices, industry trends, and employment regulations (EEO, ADA, affirmative action guidelines, etc.).
- Identifies and engages top-tier candidates through innovative direct sourcing methods (cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms).
- Conducts in-depth face-to-face interviews with candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Guides candidates through the interview, negotiation, and transition processes, ensuring a valuable and positive experience for them.
- Manages multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience in permanent placement/full-cycle recruiting, including exposure to compensation analysis and offer negotiation. Completely Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Non-Negotiable requirement.
- Direct experience interacting and presenting to Clients in both languages (English & Spanish).
- Able to work 100% based at the corporate offices in San Juan, PR.
