*Store Team Leader*We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will also oversee staff scheduling, monitor inventory levels, and manage store supplies to ensure stock availability and smooth store functions.The ideal candidate is a confident leader with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.

Provide outstanding customer service and handle escalations.
Support the store's operational and sales performance.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
