- Analyze customer and market data to support business strategies and achieve category goals
- Assist in commercial negotiations and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered after agreements
- Execute strategic plans at the point of sale and track performance (distribution, coverage, sales in and sales out)
- Support the planning and follow-up of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in FMCG companies
- Experience managing accounts in Modern Trade or Traditional Trade (Walmart experience is a plus)
- Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of:
- DTT = You sell directly to the store
- UTT = You sell through a distributor
