Entra ID/Active Directory Operations Support Engineer

- Provide day-to-day operational support for Entra ID and Active Directory, including service request fulfillment, on-call support and troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain Entra ID and Active Directory settings to meet enterprise security requirements
- Monitor system health and performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand access needs and implement solutions
- Stay up to date on the latest Entra ID and Active Directory features and best practices
- Maintain a strong understanding of security principles and procedures.
- Patching Enterprise Systems
- OS Deployment across the Enterprise using HP Hardware
- Active Directory support for Unix systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Active Directory and/or Entra ID environments
- Proven experience with user provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of security concepts and principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience with scripting using PowerShell
- Proficient in Authentication technology such as Kerberos, LDAP, and NTLM.
- Usage of troubleshooting tools such as SPLUNK, Wireshark and Network Monitor
- Proven experience developing and documenting standard operating procedures and infrastructure diagrams
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence usage is desired
- Experience with Microsoft Graph is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and delivering IT projects
