Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender / Waiter to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following proper techniques- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area- Restock bar supplies as needed- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase salesQualifications:- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred- Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate measurement of ingredients- Familiarity with cash handling procedures- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Basic culinary skills for garnishing drinks or assisting with food preparation is an advantageWe offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career growth within our organization.
