- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or similar (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales with strong market knowledge.
- Experience using corporate tools (ERP systems, corporate processes, and executive reporting).
- Knowledge of key stakeholders in the Mexican market.
- Proven experience in value-based selling and objection handling.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Ability to travel – list specifics: 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience managing Salesforce.com.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales management.
- Routine laboratory experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tender and bid management.
