*Caribe Sales Agencies is seeking an Automation Programmer* with proven experience in *Siemens PCS 7* to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical knowledge in process control systems, who can design, implement, and support automation projects across different industries.*Responsibilities*

Design, configure, and program automation solutions using Siemens PCS 7.
Develop control logic, HMI interfaces, and system integration.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at client sites.
Provide technical support and documentation for delivered projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely execution.

*Requirements*

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred).
Minimum *3+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PCS 7* systems.
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.
Experience in process industries (pharma, energy, manufacturing, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical diagrams.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel within Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region.
