Job Family: Management ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 25%Clearance Required: NoneWhat You Will Do:As a Managing Consultant on the South Market Team, in Puerto Rico, you will play a key role in the decarbonization of energy provider clients. In your project teams, you will collaborate with our team of energy experts to support critical and complex energy transition projects. You will be responsible for the development of project results and client management. You will own the delivery of project workstreams and interact regularly with the client to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting/leading day-to-day internal team meetings and coordinating/facilitating meetings with clients and their stakeholders. You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients. You will lead, coach, and mentor others on the team to ensure quality analysis and deliverables.We are looking for someone with passion who is interested in growing their expertise and industry relationships. They will have a passion for creative problem solving, client service, and project management in Puerto Rico.Key responsibilities for this position include:Leading your team in creative problem solving to drive outcomes for clientsManaging small teams responsible to provide detailed fact finding, research, and analysis on energy-related activities (particularly energy efficiency, grid modernization, renewable energy, customer programs, new business models, and sustainability)Performing, advising, and reviewing technology assessments statistical analyses, and economic analyses leveraging spreadsheetsFacilitating workshops and working sessions between client departments and organizations to lead discussions, form relationships and facilitate consensus-buildingCommunicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentationsOrganizing and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverablesWorking effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team, delegating work and managing colleagues as needed; work independently as neededWhat You Will Need:Due to nature of client engagements, US Citizenship restrictions applyBachelor’s in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science or related discipline and 5+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience (excluding internships/coops, or fellowships);
