For Project Management services in the Capital Projects area.WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:The Technical Part:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
Experience in:

Project Management skills.
All project stages: developing documentation: change controls, business cases, scheduling, etc

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Provide high-level technical interpretation of design and project documentation to guide execution and decision-making.
Lead and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards, site requirements, and contractual obligations.
Manage complex and non‑routine project challenges independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight.
Provide leadership, direction, and ongoing coordination with consultants, vendors, and contractors assigned to the project.
Ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Proactively keep site and senior management informed of risks, constraints, and conditions that may impact project scope, schedule, or cost.
Prepare and present weekly project status reports detailing progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Lead cross‑discipline reviews of drawings and deliverables to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or conflicts.
Serve as the primary interface between engineering and field teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
Coordinate with subcontracting, material management, project controls, and automation teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Provide overall project leadership, driving execution, accountability, and successful delivery of objectives.
