- Assciate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and previous exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Troubleshooting molded parts; prior molding experience strongly preferred.
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and part specifications; basic CAD manipulation is a plus.
- Supporting documentation such as purchase orders (POs), supplier quotes, protocols, and non-conformances (NCs/NRs)

- Support engineering activities related to molded medical device components.
- Troubleshoot part- and process-related issues involving molded parts.
- Measure and inspect components to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Read, interpret, and apply CAD drawings and engineering documentation..
- Assist with creation, review, and execution of engineering protocols.
- Support non-conformances (NCs) and non-routine reports (NRs), including documentation and follow-up.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and request supplier quotations as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, including molding vendors, to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Assist engineering and quality teams with documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of responsiveness.
