Our team is composed of exceptional Last-Mile Delivery Drivers and Support Personnel, offering best-in-class logistics and delivery services to our customers. As a fast-growing operation, this role will provide recruitment support for Georgia, Puerto Rico, and future expansion locations.Job SummaryThe Recruiter will play a key role in supporting VIA's continued growth by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Delivery Associates and other support positions. This position is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site participation in interviews and hiring events in Georgia and Puerto Rico.The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, detail-oriented, and creative in developing strategies to attract the best candidates. This role requires strong Excel and system management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Post and optimize job ads on Indeed, Fountain, and other recruitment platforms to maximize reach.
  • Handle a large pipeline of candidates efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Verify and upload candidate documentation including personal IDs, driver's licenses, I-9 forms, and required HR documents.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork and policy acknowledgments are signed and properly filed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in Excel tables and tracking systems.
  • Communicate with candidates through various platforms (email, phone, and messaging systems) to provide updates and instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams to meet weekly hiring goals.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, document completion, and candidate status.
  • Develop creative ideas to improve job posting visibility and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruiting, call center or HR support, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid
Skills
  • Strong Excel skills (tables, formulas, filters, candidate tracking).
  • Excellent attention to detail for document management and compliance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Creativity in recruitment strategies and job marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
