The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of our projects. As a Senior Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.DESCRIPTIONYou will contribute to the development of our frontend apps, backend and our server infrastructure in an agile environment. You will have full ownership of parts of the development process and work closely on the implementation of new features together with the team.Among your tasks

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring Boot, C++, Python, and Javascript/Typescript.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project specifications.
Architect scalable and reliable software solutions that meet performance, security, and maintainability requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to design principles.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in existing software applications.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Utilize Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
Manage and track project tasks, issues, and user stories using JIRA or similar project management tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in software development and incorporate them into projects where applicable.
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, C++, Python, and Javascript/Typescript.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex software systems and architectures.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
Experience with modern software development practices such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using Git for version control and familiarity with branching strategies and Git workflows.
Experience managing project tasks, issues, and user stories using JIRA or similar project management tools.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead technical initiatives.
