Training Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Work ScheduleAvailable shifts are:

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Weekend availability is required. Shift assignments are subject to operational needs and availability.General DescriptionProvides customers excellent telephone service to assure the retention and growth of clients' portfolio ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze client service and claims needs, assess available solutions, and make prompt decisions to resolve issues effectively.
Promote cross-selling of financial products and services to enhance client engagement.
Address situations within the scope of assigned authority or escalate cases beyond that scope as needed.
Provide detailed information about Popular's products and services, including loans, credit cards, credit lines, vendor payments, balance inquiries, and more.

Education24 Bachelor's degree approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.ExperienceAt least two years of experience in customer service or sales.Other Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
Detail oriented with analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Fully Bilingual.
