The Human Resouces Generalist will be responsible for handling the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, and supporting project management with workforce-related matters. This role plays a key part in supporting company growth, maintaining a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance within the construction industry environment.Key Responsibilities:Support recruitment and selection processes for field workers, administrative, and technical staff.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems.Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of internal policies and procedures.Coordinate training, certifications, and professional development activities.Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Administer employee benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and other programs.Prepare periodic HR reports for management.Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, fostering a respectful, safe, and productive work environment.Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and internal events.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role within the construction industries.Strong knowledge of local and federal labor laws.Experience recruiting and managing field staff (laborers, technicians, supervisors).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to visit job sites or field operations as needed.Preferred Competencies:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency.Proactive approach and continuous improvement attitude."Drug Free Workplace Policy: In accordance with our commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, all applicants for employment with our company are required to affirm their commitment to a drug-free workplace and consent to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment."Share Tech Group is committed to being an equal opportunity employer, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and provided with equal opportunities for employment and advancement.Powered by JazzHR
