- Responsible for driving performance for assigned client through fostering and maintaining relationships with various levels of leadership.
- Conduct program training at corporate, division, region, district level or site location. Conduct train-the-trainer programs for client staff. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Evaluate potential risks and challenges in sales channels, developing proactive strategies to mitigate these risks and maintain consistent performance.
- Consult with client management to establish and ultimately execute plans for achieving or exceeding program goals. Develop and enhance company relationship with our client at management at various levels in the field to include, regional, district, and store level.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and client & company leadership, providing updates on sales optimization initiatives and their impact on business goals.
- Serve as the primary contact between company and client, as it relates to optimization efforts.
- Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights from sales data, customer feedback, and market dynamics, informing data-driven decision-making for optimization strategies.
- Work within budgetary constraints while implementing optimization strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executive in conducting evaluations of digital, telemarketing, and POS sales channels to identify specific areas for improvement, and devise tailored optimization strategies for enhanced sales performance.
- Works under minimal supervision. Some latitude for unreviewed action. Uses originality and evaluation in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales optimization strategies with overall business objectives.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of sales optimization efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years in retail or another client-facing environment.
- Negotiation skills and ability to communicate with clients and internal company personnel.
- Proficient in computers specifically in Microsoft Office®.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of sales and training techniques; client service; account development; multimedia presentation; graphics; and marketing standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines while multitasking.
- Skills to meet goals efficiently and effectively.
- Motivated and able to solve problems.
- Fully bilingual.
- Ability to work in a changing work environment.
- Have your own car and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel to the entire island.
