*Basic Functions:*Examine, diagnose, and correct operational problems related to the equipment in the process of manufacturing and Injection Molding Machine (IMM).*Responsibilities*:1. Must install new machines or plant facility equipment's. Must insure their proper operation in compliance with quality and manufacturing procedures.2. Must repair and provide maintenance to molding machinery and ancillary equipment (i.e., dryer, TCU "Temperature Control Unit", etc.) by the utilization of testing equipment and specialized manuals.3. Disassemble equipment or machinery, disconnect controls, and remove defective parts so they may be repaired or substituted and perform preventive maintenance according to established standards.4. Responsible for cleaning, and minor repairs of the molds in the machine and support the Mold Maintenance in the Mold Shop.5. Prepare documentation of all changes performed on the equipment, including mechanical or electrical blueprints.6. Must be able to operate production machines, ancillary equipment's and/or Injection Molding Machines and mold set up activities.7. Keep records and documents for work performed and mold machine and its normal process parameters.8. Keep equipment assigned clean and in good appearance.9. Communicate concerns or situations identified in the testing and/or the manufacturing process to the Molding Superintendent and other persons related to the process.10. Report all downtime and issues to the Maintenance Superintendent.11. Ensure that an adequate inventory of spare components for injection molding equipment and molds is properly maintained. Must communicate to the Maintenance Superintendent when spare components need to be purchased.12. Must ensure that all safety features of injection molding machines and their corresponding peripheral equipment are working properly.13. Perform manufacturing assembly operations and testing activities as established in Synergy concept rotation plan applicable to over-molding operations.14. Comply with EHS requirements for management and disposition for liquid and solid waste (hazardous and non-hazardous).15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.16. Regulatory compliance with our environment, energy, health, and safety policy*Education Required:*Associate Degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Tool & Die or equivalent.Demonstrates effective problem solving and decision-making skills.*Experience:*One to three years of experience in the field is highly desirable.Equivalent degree must have a minimum of five years of experience and an excellent performance in the field is required.Job Type: TemporaryWork Location: In person
