As a Social Media Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing our presence on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc. Your primary role will involve engaging with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment after your Online Introductory Call.Please apply your CV in English.What you will do::
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
  • Engage with users and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to users regarding products, services, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback effectively, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and consistent tone of voice across all interactions on social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information.

  • Proven 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably with public spaces in a social media support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills. English level C1.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is advantageous.
  • Ability to address complex comments from social media users effectively.
  • Strong understanding of how to maintain a brand image and reputation.
  • Ability to work with complex users, addressing their negativity politely.
  • Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • Must provide own equipment (laptop, headset, mouse, etc.) and also must provide your own high-speed internet access at your remote work location.
