- Monitor the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
- Engage with users and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to users regarding products, services, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback effectively, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and consistent tone of voice across all interactions on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information.
- Remote collaboration.
- Experience working in an ed-tech environment (learning tools and processes of online education for adults).
- A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Mattermost, Miro, Notion, Zoom — to make working together seamless.

- Proven 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably with public spaces in a social media support role.
- Excellent written communication skills. English level C1.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is advantageous.
- Ability to address complex comments from social media users effectively.
- Strong understanding of how to maintain a brand image and reputation.
- Ability to work with complex users, addressing their negativity politely.
- Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Must provide own equipment (laptop, headset, mouse, etc.) and also must provide your own high-speed internet access at your remote work location.
