*Job Summary*We are seeking an Elevator Mechanic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist mechanics in various tasks related to industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of elevators.*Duties*
  • Support mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
  • Assemble, install, repair, and maintain elevators, using hand and power tools.
  • Assist in the maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Learn to interpret schematics and work with hydraulic systems
  • Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems, using test equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer service excellence
  • Check that safety regulations and building codes are met, and complete service reports verifying conformance to standards.
*Qualifications*
  • Previous experience in an industrial mechanic role is a plus
  • A technical course in one of the following fields is preferred: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology, or industrial mechanics.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of industrial maintenance
