*Language Requirement:* Bilingual (English & Spanish)*About the Role*Our client in the logistics sector is seeking a skilled *SAP EWM Support Specialist* to join their team in Carolina, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team, ensure smooth integration with Warehouse Automation and MES systems, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to support daily operations. This is a permanent, on-site role offering a stable career opportunity in a fast-paced and regulated environment.*Responsibilities*
- Serve as an SAP EWM consultant to support daily operations.
- Provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team.
- Support integration with Warehouse Automation and MES systems.
- Work with satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution.
- Coordinate daily with client business teams to maintain customer confidence.
- Manage incidents in line with agreed SLAs and propose immediate workarounds when needed.
- Prepare and maintain requirement documents, functional specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with GXP and SOX standards in regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree in *Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field*.
- 2–3 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Special Stocks, Stock Types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination, and Valuation.
- Proficiency in EWM processes including ECC integration, Inbound/Outbound Processing, and more.
- Knowledge of integration with SD, MM, PP, and QM modules.
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements.
- Familiarity with incident management and testing tools.
- Hands-on experience in EWM issue resolution and basic debugging.
- Experience integrating EWM with automated systems (ASRS, AGV, etc.).
- Experience with MES integration and S4/HANA modules.
- Understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
- Knowledge of PI, ALE, REST, and other interface technologies.
- ABAP debugging skills.
- Exposure to TM, PP, and QM modules.
