DescriptionOur client, an innovative business consulting & services company is looking for a Sr. Developer to oversee complex software solutions, provide technical leadership, guide architectural decisions, resolve challenges, and promote continuous improvement in collaboration with multifunctional teams.Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the development of complex software solutions guaranteeing code quality and efficiency.
Provide direction and mentorship to other developers and team members.
Revise codes and promote best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and design of software.
Collaborate with interested parties to comprehend the requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development.
Previous experience supervising (directly or indirectly) developers.
Knowledge of the following programming languages: NodeJs, Java Script, Next Js, Sprint Boot, React, MySQL, Carbon Design System.
