- Complies with all regulations, planning and organizing, supervises.
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Science or Engineering. Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar position (planning, warehouse, supply chain) in a manufacturing environment or related field.
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience with strong organization skills.
- Experience working in SAP environment.
- Knowledge and experience with lean six sigma methods and tools. Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.
- Must understand technical terms related to planning and production and be able to follow and understand plant procedures and site policies.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Visio, Excel and statistical analysis software) and other programs related to the role.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills to manage a team and technical staff.
- Technical English and Spanish, oral and written communication.
- Leadership skills, including but not limited to delegation, motivation, influencing, conflict management, teamwork, and negotiation.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work with people at all levels.
- Conflict resolution and technical writing skills.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Communication skills in Spanish and English (technical), verbal and written.
- Able to analyze complex problems in technical systems to gather conclusions of its functionality.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
