- Develops and monitors assigned projects in accordance with defined strategies.
- Monitor sustenance and adoption of previous projects and identify possible fixes.
- Prepares assign project timeline and comply with it.
- Defines and communicates project objectives that are clear, useful, and attainable.
- Conducts kick-off meetings with internal clients to review expectations and to create a written project plan with milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate assigned projects, working closely with the client and other teams.
- Organizes, convenes, and documents regular client and internal project team meetings throughout development and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track.
- Creates work orders for add-on services to meet client’s expectation.
- Monitors every step of the project process and progress; anticipates potential issues and proactively manage details.
- Participate in other team projects development to proactively anticipate potential issues, aligned to projects to channels needs and expectations.
- Issues a client survey at the completion of each project to determine the client’s perspective on the overall implementations.
- Provides projects related demos to new and existing clients.
- Provides need information for training, orientations, seminars and others to implementation team to ensure successful delivery.
- Visits channels, areas, coordinate meeting as part of project development.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related field.
- One (1) years of experience in projects implementation and development or related experience required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects to independently meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.
- Analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask observing the defined quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a demonstrated ability to write communications clearly, concisely, and effectively required.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
