Contract Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual)

• Responsible for responding to requests for assistance across a broad range of Marketing topics including pitch, and business development activities nationwide.
• Assists with proofreading and formatting assistance for HTML, PowerPoint, and Word files.
• Regularly audits and updates department content on the firm intranet.
• Monitors internal publications and enters publicized credentials into an experience database.
• Supports marketing survey creation/editing and troubleshooting using SurveyMonkey.
• Provides project assistance for marketing as needed, including coordination with other support groups to ensure requests are fulfilled on schedule.
• Back-up coverage of the marketing support desk as needed.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a law firm or professional services setting
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management, database administration, or customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and partner interaction
• Proficiency in managing various data sources with solid analytical abilities
• Capability to present complex data and research clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated writing proficiency
• Effectiveness in a fast-paced work environment
• Preferred: 3 years of professional services experience, with preference for previous law firm experience

• High School Diploma is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related field is highly preferred
