Hybrid, Full TimeGeneral DescriptionAs an HR Associate within the Organizational Effectiveness team, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance leadership development, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources, event coordination, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination & Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including leadership programs, onboarding sessions, and internal workshops.
- Manage logistics such as invitations, materials, vendor coordination, and technical support (Zoom, Teams, Menti, Canvas).
- Serve as producer for key development programs like Better Conversations Everyday (BCE).
- Assessment & Program Administration
- Support the administration of 360 Assessments, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, and other tools.
- Coordinate report distribution and liaise with internal consultants and external vendors.
- Budget & Vendor Management
- Monitor department budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
- Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and support audit documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Executive Talent Management
- Assist in the coordination of executive coaching sessions and talent review meetings.
- Maintain digital records and support the creation of materials for leadership assessments.
- Strategic Support
- Contribute to the activation of Our People strategies, including PCP initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in learning and growing within the HR field.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, event coordination, or administrative support.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
