If your answer is yes, FirstBank is the number one place for you.A Brief OverviewTalent and OD Specialist executes talent acquisition initiatives and supports selected organizational development programs. This role is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection processes for professional, supervisory, and managerial positions while coordinating and implementing talent-related projects and initiatives that strengthen hiring practices and enhance the employee and candidate experience.This position works closely with HR leadership to design, implement and continuously improve HR programs, gather employee feedback through internal surveys, and support initiatives that contribute to a positive organizational culture.What You'll Need to SucceedTalent Acquisition Responsibilities
  • Execute the recruitment and selection process for professional, supervisory, and managerial positions, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring standards and positive candidate experience.
  • Support the assigned business area in addressing day-to-day HR needs, in collaboration with the Talent Business Partner, ensuring continuity of key processes.
  • Coordinate and lead the implementation of talent acquisition initiatives, tools, and projects designed to strengthen hiring practices and improve candidate experience.
  • Implement and manage talent assessment initiatives designed to support candidate evaluation and improve hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance our buddy program, ensuring the program evolves to support effective onboarding and culture employee integration.
  • Lead the refresh and continuous improvement of structured interview guides and other recruitment tools to promote effective, consistent, and hiring practices.
  • Manage and conduct the organization's exit interview process, ensuring the consistent collection of meaningful feedback from employees.
  • Analyze exit interview feedback to identify trends and key insights, and prepare reports and presentations to share findings with HR leadership, Talent Business Partners, and stakeholders.
  • Continuously strengthen the exit interview program by refining methodologies, improving analysis, reporting practices, and elevating the value of insights produced.
  • Execute additional talent acquisition initiatives or projects that contribute to improving the candidate and employee experience.
Organizational Development Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of selected employee events and activities that promote organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Desing and administer internal surveys to gather employee feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to enhance the relevance and impact of employee initiatives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of selected organizational development initiatives.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to talent acquisition processes and HR programs.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes of professional or leadership roles.
  • Experience coordinating or implementing HR projects or initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and ability to work with multiple HR systems and digital tools.
