- Prepare and post journal entries related to cash and revenue operations
- Investigate discrepancies and support month-end closing processes
- Assist with financial reports and ad hoc analyses related to payment trends and account status
- Collaborate with billing, collections, and finance teams to resolve open item
- Associates degree
- Strong understanding of cash applications and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
