Register all inbound leads in the CRM system, strictly following the lead registration procedure.Key Activities:· Create new leads in CRM with complete and accurate information· Ensure mandatory fields are completed (company, contact, source, need)· Assign leads according to defined rules· Validate data quality before savingExpected Outcome:
All leads are traceable, measurable, and correctly assigned for follow-up.3. Potential Creation in CRMDescription:
Create commercial potentials (opportunities) in the CRM and assign them to the corresponding finder or Business Development owner.Key Activities:· Convert qualified leads into potentials· Assign ownership to the correct BD or sales rep· Classify potential type (service, MRE, equipment, training, software)
