We are seeking a driven Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing new business opportunities in the staffing and outsourcing sectors preferably in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device among others. Will be responsible of building strategic relationships with our existing clients to drive revenue , stimulate growth and maximize client lifetime value.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:
  • Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding their staffing needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and generate revenue.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development progress, and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a goal-oriented approach.
