Engineer

• Experience with Process & Industrial equipment in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
• Work with Manufacturing to develop user requirements for Process Control Equipment projects Work directly with construction and C&Q contractors to deliver change control deliverables.
• Develop and monitor equipment change control activities.
• Administer the implementation and closeout of change control projects
• Communicating and reporting to site leadership on project matters.
• Implementation status, risk, delays, execution progress.
• Review and justify changes in requirements, engineer change orders and invoices.
• Developing and monitoring implementation schedules.

• The Engineer must have strong technical experience working on small projects supporting industrial process equipment and biotechnology manufacturing facilities including C&Q & start up activities for Manufacturing facilities Desired Personal
• Skills in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of the technical and business aspects of projects in order to provide solutions to problems that require ingenuity and creativity.
• Credibility and presence within the organization when topics related to projects are being addressed.
• Ability to interface with technical, scientific and management internal user groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Write/Speak)
• Computer Literacy and Technical Writing
