For Construction Management services for Capital Projects .WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and over ten (10+) years of experience as Construction Manager within the regulated industry.
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
Experience in:

GMP manufacturing facilities and FDA standards.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Serve as the owner representative for the successful execution (on time and cost) of site projects.
Responsible for overseeing facility construction projects.
Oversee and supervise facility construction projects and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress effectively.
Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and federal regulations are met.
Effectively manage projects and budgets.
Establishes and maintains program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and internal and external communications to the organization.
