- Support in the management of regulatory examinations by gathering and reviewing responses, maintaining updated repositories for all examinations, and ensuring issues identified are appropriately tracked and addressed.
- Assist in the coordination of Internal Audit reviews and closure of findings.Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, Juris Doctor (preferred).Experience
Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing projects and/or regulatory compliance experience. Expertise and knowledge of banking operations and applicable regulations is preferredOther Qualifications- Licensed as attorney in at least one jurisdiction (preferred).
- Must have excellent written and oral communication (Spanish and English), as well as good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with business and support unit contacts.
- Must have good time management and organizational skills. Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently in order to manage and comply with multiple deadlines.
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills; this includes the ability to analyze changes with a risk:based approach.
- Must have the ability to research, track, update, and communicate compliance concerns. Candidates should stay well:informed about current regulatory matters as they apply to job responsibilities in order to complete daily and periodic tasks.
