We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contador to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in financial software.*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage Payroll and assist in the preparation of new hire record in system.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software for accounting and reporting purposes is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
