El Supervisor de Producción es responsable del correcto funcionamiento del taller durante el turno asignado. Está altamente calificado en la configuración y operación de diversos centros de mecanizado.
También es responsable de la seguridad de las instalaciones durante su turno.RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALESSupervisar el correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaria en todos los centros de trabajo.Supervisar el adecuado desempeño en todos los puestos durante el turno, colaborando con el personal de producción para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.Asignar herramientas y otros recursos a los centros de mecanizado de acuerdo con la programación del trabajo.Supervisar a todo el personal del taller durante el turno.Brindar apoyo al departamento de calidad, verificando que los productos se procesen conforme a las especificaciones.Asegurar que el equipo y demás recursos estén disponibles en los centros de trabajo según se requiera.Garantizar que el trabajo en proceso avance conforme a las instrucciones de la fresadora y que esté debidamente identificado con respecto a su descripción y estado del pedido en todo momento.Verificar que los registros de producción se elaboren con precisión.Realizar la puesta a punto de los centros de mecanizado.Al inicio y al final del turno, o en ambas ocasiones, entregar y/o recibir del supervisor anterior todos los detalles de la operación, con el fin de facilitar una transición fluida entre turnos.Otras tareas que le sean asignadas.REQUISITOS BÁSICOS DE COMPETENCIADiploma de escuela secundaria o equivalenteConocimientos básicos de informática en Word, Excel, ERP y otros programas utilizados en la planta de producciónCapacidad para trabajar en equipoBuen dominio de las matemáticasBuenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgoBilingüe (inglés y español)Sólido sentido de la responsabilidadDisponibilidad para trabajar en cualquier turnoOTRAS HABILIDADES (OPCIONAL)Diploma de maquinista de una escuela técnica acreditada o experiencia laboral equivalenteExperiencia en el manejo de máquinas CNCExperiencia en talleres similares o con equipos relacionadosConocimiento sólido del uso del código G (G Code)Conocimiento completo para operar centros de mecanizadoExperiencia en el uso de equipos de metrologíaTITLE

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the proper functioning of the workshop during the shift. The Production Supervisor is highly skilled in the setup and operation of numerous machining centers.
