  • Handle food with care, demonstrating excellent knife skills and proper food handling techniques during meal preparation.
  • Support catering events by preparing large quantities of dishes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service during busy hours.
  • Follow all food industry regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and proper storage practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
  • Previous restaurant or fine dining experience showcasing strong culinary skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
  • Skilled in knife work, meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety.
  • Experience in food service environments such as catering or restaurant kitchens is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
