- 1. Are you willing to work on a contract basis (W-9/1099)?
- 5. Are you willing to work in a construction environment, supporting a project team on site?
- 10. Can you describe your experience coordinating with sub-contractors to manage and validate construction quality against project specifications and plans in industrial construction projects?
14. How familiar are you with inspection methods such as non-destructive testing (NDT), soil/concrete sampling, and weld/coating inspections?15. Using percentages (the total should equal 100%), how would you classify your QA/QC experience across the following disciplines?
1. Civil/Structural
2. Piping
3. Electrical
4. HVAC16. Have you had QA/QC team members reporting directly to you as their manager, and if so, how many?17. What is the largest project you've managed in a QA/QC capacity (approximate project value in USD)?
- 18. This is a data center project and the biggest part of it is electrical, with a large HVAC component as well. Would you be comfortable managing QA/QC a project that is mostly electrical MV power distribution, with very large skid-type HVAC systems as well?
