- Responsible for the performance of the work at all locations, TO compliance, and quality control
- Actively observe and utilize current business practices
- Develop approaches for promoting lessons learned and communication of outcomes
- Propose means or methods of streamlining activities
- Outline functional areas of improvement, propose viable solutions, and determine technical methodologies
- Program Manager shall attend conferences, so they are aware of training and information NGB is communicating to the LSFRSs
- A strong understanding of ARNG Family Readiness programs, Financial Education programs, and the ARNG structure at the state level
- Interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for National Guard Family Readiness Program staff instruction
- Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel, Word, Access
- Shall ensure virtual and in-person classrooms meet safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational skills
- All applicants shall possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least five years of related to staff training and management, family readiness and/or human resources.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Pass an employer background check
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and must be able to drive a rental car
- Master’s degree preferred with a strong training background utilizing the ADDIE methodology
