Country Manager – Caribbean Island (On-site Role) We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and grow our retail operation in the Caribbean. This is a fully on-site position based on the island and requires relocation. 💼 Key Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L ownership (sales, margins, profitability)
  • Oversee multi-store retail operations and daily performance
  • Lead, train, and develop store teams
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and control processes
  • Execute commercial strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all stores
RequisitosRequirements:
  • Strong commercial and financial mindset
  • Proven experience in retail operations (multi-store preferred)
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong execution skills
  • Results-driven and performance-oriented
  • Experience in Caribbean, travel retail, or duty free is a plus
