RCM is seeking an Power BI Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in Puerto Rico.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and configur Power Apps solutions integrated with Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Power Apps meet business needs.
- Customize and extend Power Apps using Power Platform components for seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to create accurate data models.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Integrate and manage data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Power Apps solutions, data models, and report development processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of existing solutions on site.
- Proven experience in Power Apps development and customization.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience with big data technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, MCSA: BI Reporting) are advantageous.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI) are a plus.
