We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the inspection tasks throughout the duration of the construction project are completed.Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with the representatives of the construction project to inform on project progress and resolution of issues.
- Develop meeting minutes of all meetings held including, but not limited to, weekly construction meetings, pre-construction meetings, and others.
- Develop a daily inspection report, documenting the daily construction activities including scope of work activities, daily weather information, monitoring of resources, and others.
- Develop a monthly report encompassing the project's activities and occurrences throughout the period.
-Process and evaluate technical documentation of the project including Submittals, Breakdown for Payments, Project Schedules, and others.
-Must have working knowledge on all construction plans and designs.
-Other tasks related to the inspection of the construction project.Skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 programs like Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook Email, and others
- Management of the Report and Run
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same timeEducation
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Architecture or any field of Engineering
- Preferable: Engineer in Training (EIT) / Architect in Training (AIT) License
- OSHA 30 hours certification in the Construction IndustryJob Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
