We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in strategic planning and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate with senior leadership and manage various HR functions to foster a productive workplace.*Duties*
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee effectiveness.
- Lead employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company culture.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on conflict management and employee relations issues.
- Administer benefits programs and oversee payroll processes using ADP.
- Conduct data analysis for workforce planning and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and succession planning efforts.
- Manage contracts related to HR services and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record in conflict resolution and employee evaluation.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques, talent management strategies, and performance appraisal systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in change management processes and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with budgeting for HR functions and managing financial resources effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for driving our human capital strategy forward while ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, skilled, and aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Three years of experience leading the human resources department
