Lead and manage packaging projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure packaging solutions align with product specifications and brand guidelines.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new packaging designs and materials.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and sustainability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools.
Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
