Job SummaryWe are seeking licensed healthcare providers to deliver clinical medical services within a secure institutional healthcare setting. The provider will perform patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation while working collaboratively with an onsite healthcare team.The role serves an adult patient population with routine and chronic medical needs in a structured clinical environment.Schedule

Session-based scheduling
Typical 8-hour clinical sessions
Frequency varies based on patient referrals and facility needs
Schedule coordinated in advance with medical staff

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
Provide outpatient and/or inpatient clinical services as assigned
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Coordinate care with healthcare staff and clinical leadership
Follow established clinical and safety protocols
Maintain professional standards of care

Minimum Qualifications

MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or applicable licensed medical specialty credential
Active, unrestricted professional license
Ability to practice independently within scope
Current malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
Ability to complete credentialing and background requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in institutional, community health, or high-volume clinical settings
Experience managing chronic or complex medical conditions
Board certification (if applicable)
